Transforming Existing
Student Accommodation
Through Long-Term
Partnerships
The UQ Partnerships team works with universities to reposition their existing and underutilised buildings into high-quality, affordable, and sustainable student accommodation assets as well as developing new student residences where appropriate.
Our model combines capital funding/investment, development oversight and delivery and operational experience and expertise, aligned with universities’ priorities around affordability, student experience and their long-term estate strategies.
