About Mulberry Court

Affordable student accommodation delivered through partnership

UQ Partnerships is currently active on site delivering Mulberry Court in partnership with the University of Liverpool.

This major redevelopment will create 237 much-needed, high-quality and, crucially, affordable student rooms through a long-term joint venture arrangement.

The project focuses on reimagining existing spaces as modern and sustainable cluster flats and studios where the student community can live, study and thrive.
